NGC is a fully staffed commercial construction company consisting of Superintendents, Project Managers, Preconstruction, Accounting, and the Safety Department. NGC is lead by our management team.

Management Team

Doug Hall

As one of the managing partners at NGC, Mr. Hall is responsible for leadership in Operations and Business Development. Mr. Hall graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Business Management and has over 30 years experience in commercial construction.

Matt McGeath

As one of the managing partners at NGC, Mr. McGeath is responsible for leadership in Project Management and Business Development. Mr. McGeath graduated from The University of Texas with a BA in Economics and has over 25 years experience in commercial construction.

Phil Kelly

As one of the managing partners at NGC, Mr. Kelly is responsible for leadership in Preconstruction and Business Development. Mr. Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and has over 25 years experience in commercial construction.
